Background
In October 2011, about 20 public financial institutions in Korea established a Council on International Financial Cooperation and planned for promoting joint business, and sharing information between institutions. In result, Center for International Financial Cooperation (CIFC) was founded within the Korea Institute of Finance to strengthen bases for cooperation in global financial business.
