Taehoon Youn
Taehoon Youn has been a Research Fellow at the KIF since 2010. Before joining the KIF, he has been working as the director for Department of Market and Institutions at Korea Development Institute. He also had worked as a consultant at PwC Consulting, as well as a Research Fellow at Korea Institute of Public Finance after he received his Ph.D. in economics from University of Michigan at Ann Arbor in 1999.
His recent studies includes "Pro-cyclicality of Bank Loans under Information Asymmetry(2010)," "Conflict of Interests and Analysts' Forecast(2009)," "Determinants of Net Interest Margin in Korean Banking Industry(2009)," "Analysis on the Takeover Defense and Treasury Stock Holdings(2005)".
